Due to how all three ingredients are acquired, most people skip the Woolen Armor set directly. It can although be acquired quite easily should you find a merchant that sells the items, which isn't too uncommon as the items required are fairly common. As such, it can be quite beneficial to gather resources to sell to afford the armor set, as it has double the stats of its Linen counterpart.

The Woolen Parka is one of the many craftable armor pieces available in Veloren. It is the direct upgrade to the Linen Vest.

Location

The Woolen Armor set is a lot more complicated to obtain than its previous upgrade. The reason for this is that the set has multiple ingredients that drop from different NPCs with varying levels of difficulty. The first, being Soft Wool, can be dropped by NPCs near your starter Town and are fairly simple to get. Cotton can be obtained by processing Cotton Bolls at a Spinning Wheel, also found in Towns. The third ingredient is Soft Fur. Soft Fur can be found by slaying NPCs a bit further from town, deeper in most biomes. After all is said and done, all you need to do is locate a Loom to craft the items. Although the individual processes can sound a bit tedious, should you play the game killing everything you see, you should have gathered some of the mentioned ingredients naturally. If not though, all three of these can be found at Merchants with varying levels of presence.

Tips

Due to how all three ingredients are acquired, most people skip the Woolen Armor set directly. It can although be acquired quite easily should you find a merchant that sells the items, which isn't too uncommon as the items required are fairly common. As such, it can be quite beneficial to gather resources to sell to afford the armor set, as it has double the stats of its Linen counterpart.
